How quickly can care begin?
Once we complete an in-home assessment and finalize your personalized care plan, care can typically begin within 48 to 72 hours. In urgent situations — a hospital discharge or a sudden change in your loved one’s condition — we do our best to move even faster.
What happens if a caregiver is sick or can’t come?
We maintain a roster of backup and on-call caregivers so coverage is never interrupted. If your regular caregiver is unavailable, a trained substitute will be in place — and you’ll hear from us directly, not left wondering.
Are your caregivers insured?
Yes. Our agency carries comprehensive liability and professional insurance through Beazley Insurance Company — including $1 million in general liability and $1 million in professional liability coverage — so your family and your home are protected while we provide care.
Can the plan change as my loved one’s needs change?
Every care plan is individualized and designed to evolve with your loved one. As needs increase, decrease, or shift, we adjust hours, services, and caregiver assignments accordingly — no long-term contracts, no rigid packages.
