Tamarra Aristilde-Calixte, LMHC, LMFT, NCC

Optimal Autonomy At Home was founded by Tamarra Aristilde-Calixte, a dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). With her extensive clinical background and National Certified Counselor (NCC) credentials, Tamarra built this organization on a foundation of deep empathy and professional expertise.
